A deadly cargo-plane crash at Miami International Airport has disrupted airport operations, with the ripple effects reaching all the way to Chicago O'Hare International Airport.

Flights traveling between the two major airports have faced delays and cancellations as officials deal with the aftermath of the crash.

And because air travel works like one enormous game of dominoes, trouble at a major airport hundreds of miles away can quickly become Chicago's problem too.
