😳 WOMAN WHO ā€œDIEDā€ FOR 8 MINUTES SAYS DEATH IS AN ILLUSION: LADY RED HAS QUESTIONS

Okay BOOM family, THIS is one of those stories that'll have you staring at the ceiling at 2:17 in the morning.

Colorado woman Brianna LaffertyĀ says she was clinically dead for about eight minutesĀ during a medical crisis and came back convinced that death isn't the end.

And baby, she didn't come back talking about a bright light and calling it a day.

She says she experienced something that completely changed how she views life, consciousness and what happens when our bodies shut down.

šŸ‘€ SHE SAYS SHE LEFT HER BODY

Lafferty, who has lived with a neurological disorder called myoclonus dystonia, says that during the episode she felt separated from her physical body.

She described feeling completely aware and peaceful, despite having no sense of her physical self. She also says she entered a place where time didn't seem to existĀ and encountered beings that felt strangely familiar to her.

Now Lady Red would've had questions IMMEDIATELY.

Who are y'all?

Where am I?

And most importantly, AM I SUPPOSED TO BE HERE?! 😭

Because if somebody tells me, ā€œWelcome, we've been expecting you,ā€Ā I'm checking the reservation.

😳 EIGHT MINUTES FELT MUCH LONGER

Here's where it gets even stranger.

Although she says only about eight minutes passed here, Lafferty described the experience as feeling much longer. She says there was no normal sense of time and that she came away believing consciousness continues after the body dies.

Her conclusion?

ā€œDeath is an illusion.ā€

Lafferty believes the soul doesn't die and that what we call death is actually a transformation into another form of existence.

Now let's be clear: that's her interpretation of what she experienced, not something science has established as proof of an afterlife.

Near-death experiences have fascinated researchers for decades. Scientists have proposed neurological explanations involving changes in brain activity and perception during extreme medical crises, while exactly how these extraordinary experiences arise remains an area of research.

šŸ’„ LADY RED: EIGHT MINUTES WOULD'VE CHANGED ME TOO

Listen.

If I leave this Earth for eight minutes, meet mysterious beings, discover time doesn't exist and THEN somebody sends me back?

I'm coming back DIFFERENT.

Don't call me about no foolishness.

Don't ask me why I didn't answer the group chat.

Don't invite me into no argument about somebody subtweeting somebody.

MA'AM, I HAVE SEEN BEYOND TIME. I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR FACEBOOK STATUS.Ā šŸ˜‚

But underneath the wild part of this story is something pretty powerful.

Lafferty says the experience made her less afraid of death and less concerned with things she once considered important. She says she returned with a greater appreciation for simply being alive.

And whether you believe she experienced an afterlife, an extraordinary neurological event, or something science hasn't fully explained, eight minutes completely changed the way this woman lives the rest of her life.

So BOOM family...

Do you believe consciousness continues after we die, or do you think near-death experiences are the brain doing something we don't completely understand yet?

Because Lady Red knows ONE thing:

If I die for eight minutes and come back, everybody who irritated me before I left is getting BLOCKED. I have officially been too far away for this foolishness.Ā šŸ˜šŸ’„
