🙏🏽 R&B Singer Nivea Reveals Leukemia Is in Remission! 730 BOOM Sends Prayers and a Reminder: GO GET CHECKED!

Some news deserves more than a headline. It deserves a prayer, a celebration, and a reminder that your health is nothing to play with!
R&B singer Nivea, the voice behind hits like "Don't Mess With My Man," "Laundromat," and "Complicated," has revealed that her leukemia is now in remission!
The 44-year-old singer became emotional during an October 7 appearance on The Tamron Hall Show, where she shared the encouraging news alongside her oncologist, Dr. Colin Vale.
Earlier this year, Nivea was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), a form of blood cancer that develops in the bone marrow. She publicly revealed her diagnosis in July and has been undergoing treatment, including participation in a clinical trial involving targeted medication.
And now, just months later, she's celebrating remission!
But her journey hasn't been easy. Nivea revealed that she's still experiencing exhaustion, bleeding, and other health complications, including fibroids. Despite those challenges, she remains grateful for her progress.
And that right there is why we cannot take our health for granted.
❤️ LADY RED'S TAKE: BABY, GO GET CHECKED!
Listen, family. We will get our hair done, nails done, cars serviced, and make sure everybody else is taken care of. But when was the last time YOU went to the doctor?
Some of us will walk around tired for months, hurting, bleeding unusually, or feeling something just ain't right, and convince ourselves it's stress, age, or something we ate.
STOP IGNORING YOUR BODY!
Not every ache means cancer, but persistent or unexplained symptoms deserve medical attention.
Get your routine checkups. Ask your doctor whether you need bloodwork. Follow up on abnormal results. Know your family medical history when possible. And if something doesn't feel right, SPEAK UP!
There isn't one routine screening test recommended for everyone to detect leukemia, but medical evaluations and blood tests can help doctors investigate concerning symptoms.
And let me say this: Being strong doesn't mean you have to suffer in silence.
Especially to my women out here taking care of everybody but themselves, please make your health a priority.
