Davis has publicly discussed the events surrounding Tupac's shooting for years, including his presence in the Cadillac prosecutors have connected to the attack.

⚖️ But here's the important legal part: Davis has pleaded NOT GUILTY, and being charged does not mean he's been proven guilty.

Prosecutors allege Davis participated in orchestrating the retaliation that led to Tupac being shot after the infamous MGM Grand altercation earlier that night. The jury still has to decide whether the evidence proves that case beyond a reasonable doubt.
