DAZ DILLINGER IS EMPTYING THE DEATH ROW FILE CABINET!

Baby, I thought Daz Dillinger and Snoop Dogg were just arguing about some royalty checks.

Apparently I was late to the meeting!

Because Daz isn't just asking, “Where's my money?”

This man has apparently walked into the Death Row family business, opened EVERY drawer in the filing cabinet and said:

“SINCE WE'RE HERE, LET'S TALK ABOUT ALL OF IT!”

And baby, when I say ALL of it?

We're talking royalties, publishing, contracts, allegedly forged paperwork, Death Row business, Snoop's wife and even allegations about Snoop's personal life.

At this point, this ain't beef.

THIS IS AN AUDIT WITH FAMILY MEMBERS! 😂

Now let's start with the money, because underneath all this mess, that's the serious part.

Daz says he wants a proper accounting for music he helped create during Death Row's legendary run.

And we're not talking about records nobody remembers.

He's raised questions about music connected to The Chronic, Doggystyle, Dogg Food, Tha Doggfather and other Death Row projects.

And let's be clear about something.

Daz wasn't somebody's cousin just hanging around the studio eating all the snacks.

THAT MAN PRODUCED RECORDS.

So if music he helped create is STILL generating money 30 years later and he believes his royalties aren't right?

He has every right to ask:

“Ummm... WHERE IS MY MONEY?”

But then things got even messier.

Daz publicly accused Snoop of relying on paperwork involving Death Row business that Daz claims contains forged or unauthorized signatures.

One document he's questioned involves Amaru Entertainment, the company established by Tupac Shakur's mother, Afeni Shakur.

Daz has questioned paperwork that he says appears to authorize singer Michel'le to sign on his behalf.

Now remember, that's DAZ'S ALLEGATION. That doesn't mean it's been proven.

But baby...

If I'm looking at paperwork involving MY music and somebody else's signature is sitting where mine is supposed to be?

WAIT A DAMN MINUTE!

Who signed this?!

Who gave you permission?!

And somebody bring me my glasses because apparently we're reading contracts today! 😂

Now Snoop has pushed back.

His response has basically been:

CHECK THE BOOKS.

Snoop says he isn't hiding anything and people who believe they're legally owed money can have the accounting examined and pursue it through the proper channels.

So now we've got:

Daz: “WHERE'S MY MONEY?”

Snoop: “CHECK THE BOOKS.”

Daz: “WHAT ABOUT THESE CONTRACTS?”

Snoop: “CHECK THE BOOKS!”

At this point somebody please call an independent accountant.

And make sure they ain't related to NOBODY! 😂

But unfortunately, this has gone beyond business.

Daz recently described his relationship with Snoop by saying his cousin “can't stand me.”

And that's actually sad when you think about it.

These aren't two random rappers arguing on Instagram.

THEY'RE FAMILY.

They helped create an entire era of West Coast hip-hop together.

Imagine making history with your cousin, and 30 years later you're arguing over who owns pieces of the history.

Daz has also claimed Snoop kicked him off Death Row Records because Daz refused to sign over his publishing.

And baby, if there's one word that'll sober up an entire recording studio...

It's:

PUBLISHING.

Everybody laughing.

Everybody drinking.

Everybody making records.

Somebody walks in and asks:

“Okay... who owns the publishing?”

Music stops.

Everybody suddenly got attorneys. 😂

But THEN Daz took it outside the accounting department.

He started talking about Snoop's wife, Shante Broadus, and he's also made allegations involving Snoop's personal life and supposed children overseas.

And THIS is where I'm pumping the brakes.

Because Daz saying something publicly doesn't automatically make it true.

I haven't seen independent evidence confirming those personal allegations, so we're not turning:

“Daz said...”

into:

“Snoop did...”

Because around here...

THE DIRT STILL NEEDS RECEIPTS!

Now here's the part that makes me think Daz's complaints aren't ONLY about family drama.

He's also fighting separately over money connected to Tupac's music.

Daz has pursued Amaru Entertainment over royalties and accounting connected to songs he worked on.

And listen to these records:

“Ambitionz Az a Ridah.”

“I Ain't Mad at Cha.”

“2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted.”

“Got My Mind Made Up.”

“Skandalouz.”

BABY!

That's not some forgotten mixtape somebody sold out the trunk in 1994.

THAT'S ALL EYEZ ON ME!

Reports say Amaru previously paid Daz more than $91,000, but Daz says he wants a more detailed accounting and believes he could be owed additional money.

So when you strip away all the family drama, Daz is asking a pretty important question:

WHO GOT PAID FROM ALL THIS CLASSIC MUSIC... AND HOW MUCH?

Because people are STILL streaming Pac.

Still streaming Snoop.

Still streaming Dre.

Still listening to Tha Dogg Pound.

That catalog is STILL making money.

So while the family drama is what's getting everybody's attention...

THE MONEY MAY ACTUALLY BE THE REAL STORY.

But baby, I need somebody to save this family reunion.

Snoop over here.

Daz WAY over there.

Shante at another table.

Accountants in the kitchen.

Entertainment attorneys sitting next to the potato salad.

And somebody's grandmother standing at the door talking about:

“AIN'T NOBODY TALKING ABOUT DEATH ROW IN MY HOUSE!” 😂

Is Daz doing too much by putting all this family business in public?
