Jamie Foxx is grabbing the microphone again, and this time he's bringing the laughs to Hulu.

The Oscar-winning actor, singer, comedian and professional holder of entirely too many talents is returning with a brand-new stand-up comedy special titled Jamie Foxx: Take Care of Yourself, premiering October 7, 2026.

And let me clear something up because I had to get myself together too. 😂

This is NOT a new Jamie Foxx sitcom.

It's a comedy special.

Because when I first heard Jamie Foxx + comedy + Hulu, my mind immediately went back to The Jamie Foxx Show.

I was already looking for Fancy!

😂 JAMIE IS GETTING BACK TO HIS COMEDY ROOTS

Some people forget Jamie Foxx didn't start out as the dramatic Oscar-winning actor we know today.

Before Ray. Before Django Unchained. Before the Grammy-winning music career.

Jamie was FUNNY.

We watched him on In Living Color, then he gave us The Jamie Foxx Show, and somehow this man went from wearing Wanda's wig to winning an Academy Award.

Now THAT is a résumé. 😂

His new Hulu special was filmed in Oakland and combines stand-up, storytelling and music. Jamie's daughter Anelise also joins him during the show with her guitar.

After Jamie's frightening medical emergency in 2023, those four words carry a whole different weight.

Jamie previously opened up about that experience in his 2024 Netflix special What Had Happened Was.... Now this feels like the next chapter.
